Sumilon Island
The best-kept secret of the Visayas, this treasured marine sanctuary fronts breathtaking ocean views and a tropical paradise where the waves and gentle sea breeze echo the precious serenity of the isle. Aquamarine hues and the bright streaks of underwater coral gardens shimmer across the sheets of water that cover its many lagoons.

Day 2: The Tanon Straits Marine Reserve

Designated as a wildlife reserve, this protected water corridor teems with several species of dolphin, porpoises and toothed whales. Sightings of marine wildlife here is very common. The afternoon is at your leisure. Try big-game fishing in these waters where the giant tuna, marlin and swordfish thrive or join resort-based scuba diving and snorkeling trips to prismatic coral reefs.

Hike to Kawasan Falls
Follow the picturesque river on a trail up to the beautiful Kawasan Falls. Despite an always present crowd, the misty surroundings and lush greenery make this place a natural beauty. Dive, snorkel or swim in the clear waters or enjoy a quiet day on its white sand beaches with a novel and cocktail in hand.
