Terms & Conditions
Please note that Traveller has no insurance coverage for individuals in a tour. We do not provide insurance because the majority of our customers have individual preferences or requirements for insurance. We strongly advise that you purchase travel insurance for the duration of your journey including any tour extensions you might have. Under no circumstances is Traveller construed as a carrier under contract for safe carriage of passengers or belongings. If you desire, we will be pleased to recommend choices of travel insurance that has worked well for our customers.
Medical and Health Precautions
Most travellers to the travel destinations we offer do not report any incidents. Nevertheless, please consult your physician or a medical practitioner for qualified advice prior to travelling. Traveller strongly encourages our customers to seek a medical opinion before participating in physically exerting activities such as adventure sports or intense trekking.
The Tour Fare for premium tours except otherwise specified includes:

Baggage allowance of up to 20 kilograms per passenger (736mm x 508mm x 254mm) and 1 piece of hand luggage not exceeding 7 kilograms (550mm x 350mm x 250mm) and/or subject to individuals airlines baggage allowance. Excess baggage charges to be borne by the traveller.
The tour fare is based on current airfare, service prices, government taxes and prevailing exchange rates applicable at the time of print and is subject to change with or without prior notice. Traveller commits reasonable care to keeping quoted fares transparent and accurate. There is no refund for services not utilized.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required upon booking on all premium tours. This deposit does not constitute confirmation of tours, travel arrangements or air tickets. Reservation on limited tour places is based on a first-come first served basis. Our bookings are subject to the condition that these Terms and Conditions are acceptable to you.
Full payment is required upon confirmation of air ticket reservation and land arrangements before the issuance of travel documents. This outstanding payment is required no later than 30 days prior to departure. Traveller reserves the right to forfeit the deposit and cancel reservations if payment has not been prior to 30 days before departure. The itinerary in the Site is tentative. This is not the final itinerary. Our booking process starts only on receiving full payment in advance from you.
Please note that during festival dates, important events or specific seasons, there may be surcharges levied by hotel properties or airlines. Country Visa charges also differ across nationalities. We will advise you of any increase in tour fare before outstanding payment is made on tour confirmation. Traveller commits to price transparency and a no hidden cost policy.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card.
Cheques are accepted only if presented to Traveller at least 30 days before departure.
Please make all cheques payable to 'Traveller Holdings Pte Ltd'.
We do not charge a credit card fee on deposit. However, a credit card fee specific to the card used is charged (subject to the credit card company) on payment of the full balance of your tour. We have chosen to make this fee transparent rather than including it in the tour fare. Therefore, you may prefer to pay by cash, bank transfer or personal cheque.
Cancellation Charges and Refund Policy
All notice of cancellation must be sent to info@traveller-international.com or in writing.
The following cancellation charges apply:

Most travellers to the travel destinations we offer do not report any incidents. Travel to certain destinations however, may involve greater risks than others. We advise you to review and evaluate travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the government and international bodies that govern international travel. Traveller is unable to represent or warrant that our travel destinations are without risk. Traveller does not accept liability for damages, losses or delays that may result from route rescheduling, improper documents for entry, exit and/or other related travel issues that may affect travel to such destinations.
Traveller makes reasonable effort to avoid changes in the itinerary. Unforeseen circumstances especially in the destination country may cause unavoidable alteration to the itinerary, travel arrangements and hotel reservations. Traveller reserves the right to alter itineraries or freely change the form of transportation expressed in the itinerary including the mode of transportation and airlines in any incident.
In the event that the accommodation specified in the Itinerary is unavailable, Traveller will make every effort to provide an alternative of similar standards. Accommodation for adults is based on a twin-sharing basis. Triple-sharing arrangements are only upon request and subject to availability. Single room occupancy is at an additional cost.
Please inform your Traveller Consultant for special dietary and accommodation preferences, or any medical conditions that need to be highlighted. Special arrangements will be made subject to confirmation on availability.
Accompanying Tour Leader or Specialist
The assignment of Tour Leaders or Destination Specialists for tour groups regardless of group size is at the sole discretion of Traveller.
